بداية القاصد إلى علم المقاصد علم المقاصد واحد من علوم الاجتهاد، والذي لا غنى للفقيه المجتهد عنه، وان كانت نشأة علم مقاصد الشريعة جاءت في ثنايا علم أصول الفقه عند الحديث في العلة عن المناسب، إلا أن أصوله كانت ممتزجة مع أصول التشريع منذ الصدر الأول للإسلام مسعود صبري

علم المقاصد واحد من علوم الاجتهاد، والذي لا غنى للفقيه المجتهد عنه، وان كانت نشأة علم مقاصد الشريعة جاءت في ثنايا علم أصول الفقه عند الحديث في العلة عن المناسب، إلا أن أصوله كانت ممتزجة مع أصول التشريع منذ الصدر الأول للإسلام
