وَلَمَّا بَرَزُواْ لِجَالُوتَ وَجُنُودِهِۦ قَالُواْ رَبَّنَآ أَفْرِغْ عَلَيْنَا صَبْرًۭا وَثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَنَا وَٱنصُرْنَا عَلَى ٱلْقَوْمِ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ ﴿٢٥٠﴾

سورة البقرة تفسير السعدي

" وَقَتَلَ دَاوُدُ " صلى الله عليه وسلم " جَالُوتَ " وحصل بذلك الفتح والنصر على عدوهم.

" وَآتَاهُ اللَّهُ " أي: داود " الْمُلْكَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ " النبوة والعلوم النافعة وآتاه الله الحكمة وفصل الخطاب.
