أَلَمْ تَرَ كَيْفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِأَصْحَٰبِ ٱلْفِيلِ ﴿١﴾

(Ya Peyğəmbər!) Məgər Rəbbinin fil sahiblərinə (Kə’bəni dağıtmaq üçün fillərlə Məkkənin üstünə gələn həbəş ordusuna) nələr etdiyini görmədinmi?!

أَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ كَيْدَهُمْ فِى تَضْلِيلٍۢ ﴿٢﴾

Məgər (Rəbbin) onların hiyləsini boşa çıxartmadımı?!

وَأَرْسَلَ عَلَيْهِمْ طَيْرًا أَبَابِيلَ ﴿٣﴾

Onların üstünə qatar-qatar quşlar (əbabil quşları) göndərdi.

تَرْمِيهِم بِحِجَارَةٍۢ مِّن سِجِّيلٍۢ ﴿٤﴾

(O quşlar) onlara bişmiş gildən düzəlmiş (möhkəm xırda) daşlar atırdı.

فَجَعَلَهُمْ كَعَصْفٍۢ مَّأْكُولٍۭ ﴿٥﴾

(Rəbbin) onları (həşərat tərəfindən) yeyilmiş əkin yarpağına (saman çöpünə) döndərdi!
