أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ ﴿١﴾
آیا ما سینه تو را گشاده نساختیم،
وَوَضَعْنَا عَنكَ وِزْرَكَ ﴿٢﴾
و بار سنگین تو را از تو برنداشتیم؟!
ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ ﴿٣﴾
همان باری که سخت بر پشت تو سنگینی می‌کرد!
وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ ﴿٤﴾
و آوازه تو را بلند ساختیم!
فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا ﴿٥﴾
به یقین با (هر) سختی آسانی است!
إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًۭا ﴿٦﴾
(آری) مسلّماً با (هر) سختی آسانی است،
فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَٱنصَبْ ﴿٧﴾
پس هنگامی که از کار مهمّی فارغ می‌شوی به مهم دیگری پرداز،
