أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ ﴿١﴾

하나님이 그대의 마음을 펼치사 [1])

وَوَضَعْنَا عَنكَ وِزْرَكَ ﴿٢﴾

그대의 무거운 짐을 덜어 주었으며 [1])

ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ ﴿٣﴾

그대의 등에 있는 그 점은 무거운 것이었노라

وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ ﴿٤﴾

하나님이 그대의 위치를 높이 두었으며

فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا ﴿٥﴾

고난이 있으되 구원을 받을 것이라 [1])

إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًۭا ﴿٦﴾

실로 고난이 있으되 구원을 받을 것이라

فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَٱنصَبْ ﴿٧﴾

그러므로 쉬지 말고 노력하며

وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَٱرْغَب ﴿٨﴾

주님께 강구하라
