أَرَءَيْتَ ٱلَّذِى يُكَذِّبُ بِٱلدِّينِ ﴿١﴾

Czy widziałeś tego, który za kłamstwo uważa religię?

فَذَٰلِكَ ٱلَّذِى يَدُعُّ ٱلْيَتِيمَ ﴿٢﴾

To jest ten, który z pogardą odpycha sierotę,

وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلْمِسْكِينِ ﴿٣﴾

Który nie zachęca do nakarmienia biednego.

فَوَيْلٌۭ لِّلْمُصَلِّينَ ﴿٤﴾

Biada modlącym się,

ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ عَن صَلَاتِهِمْ سَاهُونَ ﴿٥﴾

Którzy są niedbali w swojej modlitwie,

ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ يُرَآءُونَ ﴿٦﴾

Którzy tylko chcą być widziani,

وَيَمْنَعُونَ ٱلْمَاعُونَ ﴿٧﴾

A odmawiają wspomożenia.
