لِإِيلَٰفِ قُرَيْشٍ ﴿١﴾

Kureys'in ilâfi (güven ve baris andlasmalarindan faydalanmalarini saglamak) için.

إِۦلَٰفِهِمْ رِحْلَةَ ٱلشِّتَآءِ وَٱلصَّيْفِ ﴿٢﴾

Kis ve yaz seferlerinde (faydalandiklari andlasmalarin) kadrini bilmis olmalari için.

فَلْيَعْبُدُواْ رَبَّ هَٰذَا ٱلْبَيْتِ ﴿٣﴾

Bu Beyt (Kâbe)nin Rabbine kulluk etsinler.

ٱلَّذِىٓ أَطْعَمَهُم مِّن جُوعٍۢ وَءَامَنَهُم مِّنْ خَوْفٍۭ ﴿٤﴾

O, kendilerini açliktan kurtararak beslemistir ve her tehlikeye karsi onlara emniyet vermistir.
