أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ ﴿١﴾
Biz senin için (mutlulugun) gögsünü açmadik mi?
وَوَضَعْنَا عَنكَ وِزْرَكَ ﴿٢﴾
Senden yükünü indirmedik mi?
ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ ﴿٣﴾
O senin sirtini ezen yükü.
وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ ﴿٤﴾
Senin sanini yüceltmedik mi?
فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا ﴿٥﴾
Demek ki, zorlukla beraber bir kolaylik vardir.
إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًۭا ﴿٦﴾
Evet, zorlukla beraber bir kolaylik vardir.
فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَٱنصَبْ ﴿٧﴾
O halde bos kaldin mi, yine kalk (baska bir is ve ibadetle) yorul.
